One of Gujarat’s well-known government ayurvedic colleges is the State Modal Institute of Ayurveda Sciences in Gandhinagar. Founded in 2015, SMIAS Gandhinagar College is often referred to the State Modal Ayurvedic College Gandhinagar. SMIAS Gandhinagar has been approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine & AYUSH, New Delhi, and is associated with Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar.The college with sixty places available each year.
The State Model Ayurved College in Gandhinagar offers a five and a half-year graduate program in Ayurveda called B.A.M.S., which is conferred following a one-year internship. The program’s goal is to produce graduates who are deeply knowledgeable about Ayurveda, along with knowledge of scientific advancements in modern medicine and extensive practical training. These graduates will become effective physicians and surgeons, fully qualified to provide healthcare services.
