About College
Founded in 1982, Sri Satya Sai Murlidhar Ayurvedic College & Hospital is a private college located in Mogh. With a yearly intake of 40 seats, the college is associated with the Punjabi Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, headquartered in Faridkot.
The founders of SSMD Ayurveda College and Hospital are Mr. M.D. Jindal and his father, Mr. Hari Chand Jindal. Dr. G. S. Dhillon, Speaker of the Indian Parliament, placed the hospital’s foundation stone on April 2, 1972. The hospital was officially opened by Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, which is the most fortunate thing. Baba ji’s kind visit on March 15, 1973, was a response to the silent prayers of millions of followers in the Moga region. People throughout Punjab are experiencing a tremendous awakening of faith as a result of the miracle cures for incurable diseases. Initiation of the first college class took place in 1983.

The hospital is run by skilled, experienced physicians and was built in accordance with the guidelines and standards established by the Indian government’s C.C.IM. The following seven Ayurvedic Clinical departments are all located within the Complex.
