About College
The Shri Dhanwantri Ayurved College & Hospital takes pride in its location in Chandigarh, one of the most well-known and contemporary towns in all of India. It is the capital of Punjab and Haryana, nestled in the foothills of the Shivaliks and serving as the gateway to Himachal Pradesh.The college opened for business in 1975.
The college is associated with the Shri Krishna Ayush University in Kurukshetra and is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) in New Delhi for the B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedacharya) program, which has an annual intake of 50 seats.
Thus far, the college has generated more than a thousand highly skilled graduates who are currently working in both rural and urban areas to benefit humanity. These graduates are well-positioned in both private and public sectors of the economy. The College has achieved recognition as a result of the significant and well-known pharmaceutical businesses in the nation expressing a serious interest in the College’s Ayurvedic programs and development.
