About College
Established in 1964, Shaskiya Swashasi Ashtanga Govt. Auto Ashtang Ayurvedic College was connected with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore (M.P.) India and began offering degree programs. The Madhya Pradesh government took over this college in 1972 and renamed it GOVT. ASHTANG AYURVED COLLEGE- Indore thanks to the diligent work of the faculty and state leaders. In 1998, the state government granted it autonomy for improved development, and it was renamed as GOVT. AUTO. ASHTANG AYURVED COLLEGE. It can be found in Lokmanya Nagar.
Located approximately 5 km from the Indore train station and main bus stand, the college boasts a well-equipped campus spanning 4½ acres. The college is pleased to have a brand-new, cutting-edge administrative building, a hospital (OPD) building, departmental and academic buildings, a pharmacy, a hostel, a library, a herbal garden, sports facilities, and more. After celebrating a century of wonderful devotion to Ayurveda, this school has produced scholars who are currently serving the public in various regions of the state and the nation.
