About College
In Haridwar, Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan Evam Anusandhan Sansthan is a highly esteemed and prestigious college. “The great visionary, his holiness P.P.Swami Kripalu Dev ji Maharaj, founded “Vishwa Jnana Mandir” in 1932 at the divine seat of Haridwar, on the bank of the holy river “Mother Ganga.” Later, this mandir became known as the “Kripalu Bag Ashram.” Ras Bihari Bose and other revolutionaries who gave their lives in the fight for freedom were housed in this Ashram, which served as a hub for revolutionaries.
The Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun, and the institution are associated. The college has fourteen departments, and the government of India and the CCIM set rules for the appointment of teaching faculty. Permission to conduct the B.A.M.S. and P.G. course (M.D. / M.S.) has been granted by the AYUSH Department, Government of India, with a no objection certificate from the State Government of Uttarakhand and a recommendation from the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi.
