The private Nitishwar Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is situated on approximately 26 acres of land and features well-equipped labs, a dissection hall, a display hall, a herbal garden, and a library with a reading room. The Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi, the Ministry of AYUSH, and the Government of Bihar all recognize the college. It is one of the most renowned colleges in the State of Bihar, offering all the amenities required by the CCIM in terms of infrastructure. Baba Sahed Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, is associated with it.

Good class rooms, a pharmacy, a canteen, a large college campus with a park, a herb garden, a bank and god temple on campus, a surgery department, an ENT department, a pediatric department, an ophthalmology department, an ophthalmic lab, an OPD and IPD with 180 beds, and a good library and laboratory are among the amenities offered to students. Our OPD and IPD treat a large number of patients, giving our students valuable clinical experience in a hospital setting.
