Established in 1944, MMM Govt. Ayurved College is a government college located in Udaipur. With 75 seats available each year, the college is associated with Rajasthan Ayurved Vishwavidyalaya, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The college provides postgraduate MD/MS courses as well as undergraduate BAMS courses. The Central Council of Indian Medicine, the statutory body of the Indian System of Medicine, which the University has adopted, is followed in terms of syllabus and curriculum.
Hospital: The institute is well-connected to the city and has a hospital to offer healthcare services to the surrounding communities. Three distinct hospitals each have an OPD and IPD facility with 170 beds spread across different wards. The hospital is a team made up of knowledgeable professors and certified paramedical personnel that help those in need by providing medical care. The emergency room is open around-the-clock. The hospital offers medical services to the underprivileged residents of the area. In case of a medical emergency, the hospital also features an intensive care unit. Many functional outpatient departments (OPDs) representing various specialties are available at the hospital, including Shalya Tantra (Surgery), Kaumarbhritya (Pediatrics), Panchakarma, Prasuti and Stri Roga (Obstetrics and Gynecology), and Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine).
