M.A.M’s Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya

Established in 1990, M.A.M.’s Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya in Pune is a private college.The college is connected to Nashik, Maharashtra’s Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, located in Hadapsar, Pune, is one of India’s top institutions for Ayurvedic education. The Undergraduate Course Institute was founded on August 1st, 1990. With a wide range of activities in U.G., P.G., Diploma, and Fellowship courses, the institute is widely recognized.It has a partnership with Nashik’s Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. This is a 225-bed Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya hospital.Our college’s mother institute is Maharashtra Arogya Mandal in Hadapsar, Pune, which was established by the visionary Late Dr. Dadasaheb, also known as S. T. Gujar, a doctor of the Indigenous system of medicine (Ayurveda), who was inspired by the ideas and precepts established by the late Late Sane Gurujee, the illustrious and legendary social leader from Maharashtra.
The founding member of the Maharashtra Arogya Mandal, Dr. Dadasaheb Gujar, led the movement for social activism in the areas of health, education, and the upliftment of rural and tribal populations in the districts of Bhimashankar and Nandurbar, Maharashtra, from a variety of perspectives. In the end, his tireless efforts led to the establishment of the Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, a grade I institution in India that offers Ayurvedic education at various levels.
