In order to provide medical care for the rural residents of Dodaballapura, Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College Bangalore was founded in 2006. To help students understand their potential as genuine Ayurvedic healers, the institution offers the highest caliber medical education, training, and patient care. The Central Council of Indian Medicine has recommended and the Ayush Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has approved the Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College, which is associated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.It runs a 100-bed hospital on a 10-acre plot of land that includes a canteen, pharmacy, herbal garden, and other facilities needed for an Ayurvedic Medical College in accordance with statutory body regulations.
