Established in 1996 by the esteemed Dr. Mohan Alva, a visionary who has served rural communities for many years as a clinical practitioner and Ayurvedic physician, Alva’s Ayurveda Hospital is a division of Alva’s Education foundation (R). With 122 seats available each year, the college is associated with Bangalore’s Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, which is situated in Karnataka. Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital has provided genuine Ayurvedic healthcare to the residents of Moodubidire and the surrounding areas ever since it opened its doors.
