About College
Founded in 2004, Amrita Advanced Research Center is a private college. The college is associated with Kerala’s Amrita Vishwavidyalaya Preetam (Deemed University). The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, situated at the Amrita School of Ayurveda’s Amritapuri Campus, has launched the Amrita Centre for Advanced Research in Ayurveda (ĀCĀRA). The goal of ACARA is motivated by Amma’s vision to support conventional medical practices with scientific evidence and open the door for the emergence of an evidence-based integrative health care model.
