The Academy of Liberal Education (Reg.) Sullia is the sponsor of K.V.G. Ayurved Medical College & Hospital, which is situated in Sullia Taluk, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. The college was founded in 1996 under the capable and creative direction of its founder president, Sri. Kurunji Venkatramana Gowda. Staff members at K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College are highly qualified, both as teachers and non-teachers. At the graduate and postgraduate levels, the institution offers Ayurvedic education. It is associated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in Bangalore, Karnataka, and is overseen by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (C.C.I.M.), Delhi, the statutory apex organization.
