Muzaffarnagar’s Swami Kalyan Dev Government Ayurvedic College Both the hostel and the infrastructure are well-maintained by the college. He oversaw this college’s administration from 1975 until 1978; after that, the U.P. government took over. Since then, the Ministry of AYUSH U.P. Government’s Director of Ayurveda and Secretary of Medical Education AYUSH have been in charge of its administrative oversight. With much work on the part of Shiksha Rishi, the Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Muzaffarnagar was established in the Rampur village in 1975. His Holiness Swami Kalyan Dev ji Maharaj has given the Rampur villagers land through donation. The renowned spiritual saints Swami Viveka Nand Ji and Swami Shrashanand Ji (founder of the renowned Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar) were followed by Swami Kalyan Dev (1876–2004).
