Government College Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Post-Graduate Ayurvedic College, Kangra was founded in 1972. This institution is associated with the Himachal Pradesh University, situated in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The Central Council of Indian Medicine, which oversees Ayurvedic education for the Indian government, has granted the college recognition. It is offering postgraduate MD/MS courses in all 14 departments, with a yearly admission capacity of 56 students, and the undergraduate BAMS course, with permission to admit 75 students annually.
