About College
Located in Kattakada, 18 km from Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala, Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital was founded as the state’s first self-financed Ayurvedic medical college. On August 28, 2002, the public was welcomed to this college with an official opening by Kerala’s then-honorable chief minister, Shri A.K. Antony. With 50 places available each year, the college is associated with the University of Kerala.
The pinnacle of Pankajakasthuri Group’s history is a fully operational Ayurvedic college with state-of-the-art facilities led by a highly trained and professional teaching faculty, and a 150-bed hospital under the auspices of the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM). The college offers BAMS, Ayurvedic Pharmacy, Ayurvedic Nursing, and Ayurveda Panchakarma courses, among other Ayurvedic education resources. Excellent standards for clinical and practical training as well as research facilities are offered by the college for both undergraduate and graduate students.
