About College
The campus of Dayanand Ayurvedic Medical College spans 5.5 acres in Siwan, Bihar state. The institute was founded in 1972 following a magnificent fifty years of Ayurvedic teaching and practice. With an annual intake of 50 seats, this institute is permanently affiliated with Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University. The campus features a sizable botanical garden with a wide range of plant species, an OPD and IPD specialist, a unique library with an Ayurvedic pharmacy, an auditorium and a yoga hall, and separate dorms for boys and girls.
Library: The Central Library has about 10,000 books, including modern fiction, ayurvedic literature, journals, and more. The library features separate seating areas for teachers and students, as well as well-equipped internet access and a digital library. There are departmental libraries available in addition to the main library.
