Registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, Chaudhary Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan (CBPACS) is an independent Ayurvedic medical college and hospital run by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.The Honorable Minister of the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Delhi, is the chairperson of the Institute’s Governing Council.The institute bears the name of the late Shri Chaudhary Brahm Prakashji, the first Chief Minister of Delhi.

Currently, the Institute offers a graduate degree (B.A.M.S.) that can accept up to 100 students each year. Additionally, the institute has launched a postgraduate program (MD Ayurveda) with 29 seats overall across 5 departments.The Department of AYUSH, Government of India, has sanctioned the institute, which is connected with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. In the upcoming years, the institute intends to launch PG diploma and Ph.D programs in a variety of Ayurvedic specializations.

HOSPITAL: The institute’s 210-bed hospital, which has central air conditioning, offers medical services through its highly qualified and experienced doctors. Including Kayachikitsa (Medicine), Pathakarma, Shalakya (Eye & ENT), Stri-Prasuti Vigyana (Gynae & Obs), Kaumarbhritya (Paediatrics), Shalya (Surgery), Swasthvritta, and Yoga, among other specializations, the hospital has 22 operational OPDs.
